THE MANDATE
Agaleyn was engaged to resolve a stagnant import policy barrier entrenched by years of institutional distrust. Beyond producing a technical trade guidebook, we aimed to establish a "shared language" and functional bridge between international and domestic stakeholders where decades of friction had left none.
THE DESIGN
We treated the guidebook as a diagnostic tool to identify specific technical disconnects without triggering political defensiveness. By poking at the working-level "nerve endings" of the administration, we prioritized observable, ground-level movement over high-level pressure, building trust through the work itself.
We bring a curious mindset to client issues, often helping us transform stalled policy into active dialogue, moving the issue from "invisible" barrier to actionable solution.
