Agaleyn was brought in to provide situational grounding for a clean energy developer hitting administrative walls despite having elite counsel. We were tasked with identifying why a project aligned with national policy was failing at the local level and how to fix the resulting stalemate.
THE DESIGN
We moved beyond surface monitoring to identify the disconnects between national and local leadership. By providing the client with a clear-eyed reality check on misjudgments stemming from misinterpreted government signals, we shifted the focus from policy ideals to ground-level implementation, ensuring negotiations were grounded in actual administrative dynamics.
We provide the strategic clarity needed to reset expectations and re-enter negotiations, with realistic leverage and a viable path forward.
